braxton hicks aka false contraction?

I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant & curious to know how exactly it feels like..
I've read & some says it feels like menstrual cramps while some says it feel like need to go to the toilet to poo kind of feeling.
Lately, I've only been having this need to go to toilet feeling only & wondering if that's BH?
Enlighten me pls..
