i am having twins and delivering aug, but not sure if i will be able to cope breastfeeding both of them.
How to manage the time and is it possible to have sufficient milk?
Sorry I haven't any experience with twins but do know it is possible to fully breastfeed them. Your breasts can make sufficient milk - the more they drink, the more milk you will make.
