Babies turn all the time. However, by 7th or 8th month, they should settle down in their birth position. My son (5yo) now, turned down during the 7th month, and the gynae was still praising him for getting ready to birth. Little did we expect, he turned up again, during the 8th mth. By then, gynae confirmed that he was unlikely to turn down again cos he was too big to turn. Hence it had to be c-sect for me. But breech or not, no diff lah, except if breech, will nid c-sect, instead of natural. ha ha
