Can add Heinz bottled fruit puree into warm rice cereal?

Hi, just wondering if I can add those Heinz bottled fruit puree into baby's warm rice cereal? will it cause the fruit puree to go bad? Or should I feed baby the warm rice cereal first then followed by the fruit puree?

Has your bb tried either one of the food items? If she has tried and has not shown any allergic symptoms, you can mix the fruit puree with the cereal. If she develops any allergic symptoms, you'd know that it's the new food that is the problem. Other than worrying about food allergy, there's really no rule to say that you can't mix fruit puree with cereal In fact, your bb may like it even more coz the cereal will take on a fruity taste!
