can BF mum eat chilli?

hihi.. heard that bf mum cant eat chili cos it will cos bb to have upset stomach and bb can taste chili too... is this true?

no idea. i wasn't allowed chilli during confinement, but i'm having chilli quite often now, and bb seems ok.

Yes, better cut down on chilly, because it is easily absorbed by our body & will be passed to our darlings through breastmilk.... not that the breastmilk will taste hot, but more so in case your darling is allergy to it.....
But nevermind, chilly you can take for the rest of your life after this, breastfeeding only for that period of time mah.... so worth the short sacrifice lar!

Doctor advise not to eat seafood, spicy food. What else?
