Im 1st timer balloting for 4room flat , i dun think got much chances coz so many people apply . Unless we r those damn lucky people hehe .. So may i know y u 1 2 get new house ? Did u try for the CCK Sunshine court too ? Really hope both of us can get it & become neighbour U apply 4room or 5room ?

eh.. i was thinking mostly ppl ballot for champion court are ppl who stay around woodlands and have their own house.
i got a few neighbours ballot for it.
i think your chance is high since it's your first time. i suppose you don't have any flats under your name?
for me i ballot for a 5rm coz now staying 4rm. but they take us as 2nd timer group as we have a flat oredy. so oni have those left over to choose de.

never tried cck ballot. my hubby pi gu itchy went to ballot those punggol ones then we got a queue for those leftover units twice. hope it won't affect this ballot as we like woodlands better. hehe

I never ballot for those punggol or sengkang but hdb also invite us to select those leftover units . Yup i dun have any flat under my name . Im ok wif location jus i dun wan low level units coz my dh dun like it , hope i really can get either cck or woodlands .

ya man, i stay in 2nd floor now. ai yo so noisy and i'm so near the pavilion. moreover a lot of insects as at the front of my blk is a big field. quite like it here if only i'm staying on higher floors.

actually so unsure de. though hope to get new flats but it seems so difficult and will take 4years to complete. haiz can't wait to move out of here.

oni one big signboard with pics on the developments.

my house juz round the corner nia. got drive pass to see the facing.
if really have chance to choose i will choose facing ave 12 that side de...dreaming lah.

the other side like so ying sheng sheng for what i thought.
then i don't like the main road ave 1 facing and sport school tat side. and i don't like to face inside. too particular.
my current house facing ave 12. veri windy de even though i stay 2nd floor only. can shiver at times especially when it's raining. hehe

eh... you get 18 better or smaller number.
we no conflict since it's 4rm and 5rm. hehe

i like very bright de.
the other side doesn't seems bright to me. then across the school oredy is those condo and hdb blocks.

moreover that corner is the shortest walking distance to vista point.
the heartland mall i go everyday for dinner. hehe

no ar i got to take feeder bus to causeway point de.
6 bus stops away.
vista point about 1 bus stop away. hehe
the bus going one way along this street that i stay so har no choice have to walk or drive.

ai yo that time so eager to move out of mil house.
until 3mos before i going to give birth le no time to think more.
then so suay many were sold so fast when i almost decided. so left this 2nd floor unit.
we like the area and not much reno need to be done as we got not much time to do that. oni thing we have to give in is so low floor. hehe
