change frm PD to polyclinic?

I'm wondering if anyone has experience on switching from private PD to polyclinic starting from baby's 12mth routine check up.

I'm exploring options as our private PD is quite ex and now that baby is coming a year old, we think maybe PD isn't as crucial anymore?

Anyone with advice or experiences to share?

Just bring your child health bookelt to polyclinc for the next check up to register thats all.

Polyclinic is government so no fix doctor.
