Change in baby's reaction after feed

In the past, my month old baby is contented after his feed.. However he is very restless and will cry loudly these few days.. He does not finish his normal quantity of milk and struggles when we try to burp him.. It will take us about 10 - 15 mins to calm him down.. Not sure whether it is due to his stuffy nose and cough (which he is already on medication)...

We have tried to burp him in the middle of his feed to get rid of the wind.. But before we could do it, he would start crying and we have to continue feeding him..

Anyone has any suggestions / similar experiences to share?

Before, when my friend was breastfeeding on her baby, she always make sure he burps every time he's good. You don't need to cut him out when he's still feeding
