4) Pour egg mixture to ⅓ high in each tea bowl,
steam over high heat for 8 – 10 min till cooked
5) Open cover of steamer, add Ingredient B into
each bowl, top up with equal amount of remaining
egg mixture, cover steamer
6) Steam over low flame for 10 min till cooked,
remove and serve
