Cheese for 10 mths baby

Hi Mummies,

Can I give cheese to my baby which 10 mths old? Can i give a piece a day?
How I know if baby allergy the cheese?

anyone know this?? I give my baby eat the normal cheese, but i heard some my friends said cannot give normal cheese.. is this true?? Please advice...

Hi, I started giving my baby cheese when he was 7 months old. You can give mild cheese like cheddar or Parmesan cheese and avoid strong ones like blue cheese. As it's your baby's first time you can try with small sampler first and gradually increase the portion. My baby was diagnosed with lactose intolerant but he's fine after taking cheese and the best part is, he loves cheese.
