Common Room for RENT @ Bukit Panjang (Senja Road).
FYI:
* Just 1 min walk from the block, you will have access to food court, 24 hours NTUC, 7-11, Bookshop, Bakery, Optical Shop, clinic and even DIRECT bus - 972 to town
* With 7 mins walk, there are MORE buses to town area, Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong, Bukit Batok, Clementi & etc
* With 7 minutes walk, you will also reach Bukit Panjang Plaza (library, restaurants, NTUC, Medi/Pedicure and etc) OR Cashew Community Center (swimming pool).
Owner is providing wifi, a single bed, wardrobe and a small table. On top of that, light cooking and sharing of washing machine is allowed.
Prefers to rent to ladies, couple or couple with kid.
As for rental wise, 1 person is $600 WITHOUT air. For aircon, pls top up another $50.
