Try popular or BIG book shop, chinese sections. I bought 2 confinement books from BIG, each cost about $14. If you are in Malaysia, the same book cost about RM19-RM22; a few dollars cheaper.

i cant seem to find any confinement recipe!!! ardy search from a few stores.. dunno is just nic sold out or i blind... lol

Actually you can just search in Goggle, there are lots of receipes available. however if you need a physical book, very difficult, i tried and can't find any either...
