confinment lady

Hi mummies, can I know if anyone has engaged a confinement lady by the name of Yi Lan? She was recommended by the highly raved siew ling jie of this forum as siew ling jie was not able to do for me. Any reviews? Also, is it a must to prepare ang bao for the confinement lady when she arrive and when she leaves?
