Any special way of cooking "fire chicken'' for X'mas 2007? (this year)

My friend can help as he works in a hotel's kitchen. :tlaugh::tlaugh:

Well, you meant stuffed turkey? Haahaa...we have that for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I missed those that one of my good friend's mum make back home in Singapore she used home-made glutinous rice stuffing.

my impression of turkey meat is tough, maybe the chief lousy.

Guess the fun is having ppl around durign Xmas, turkey meat nice not is not really important.

Most supermarkets taking orders .... never tried.
So yr friend part-time selling cum taking order for turkey? Show some pic, may b I or other mummies cant resist den decide order.

Hahaha 'fire chicken'.. hmmm if i not wrong @ the turkey skin brush up oil n put in a ovan n set the temperture @ abt 80 deg...
