Crawling

Hi mummy, is crawling or not an issue to baby? I heard ppl saying that u must let baby crawling for eye and hand coordination skill.....

My elder son crawl backwards for few weeks then after he really crawl.

But i know of some babies just walk even without crawling.

My bb gal is 9 mth, i tried to let her crawl but she crawl backwards only with body flat....if bb dun crawl, is there any issue to concern about?

Let them take their time... They'll crawl when they're ready. I recently met a 18 month old who had started to crawl at around 16 months.... Happy and well adjusted toddler nevertheless

My boy had been crawling on tummy until he turned 1. He started crawling on fours and cruising few days right after his first birthday. Dun worry. Provide her with lots of tummy time to encourage her. She will crawl when she's ready.
