Creativing writing & Comprehension

Hi Pink KittyHi,
My children (P3 & P4) are very poor in creative writing and comprehension, which put down their results. Anyone has good recommendations for tution centres or private tutors to improve on this area? I am living in Woodlands area.

My daughter is also weak in comprehension and really affect her SA1 this year... I am also staying in Woodlands and looking for a English tutor too. WHich school is your children in? My daughter is P3 this year and she is also weak in creative writing and comprehension. She took her file back to revise her SA1 then i know that she has failed her creative writing for the exercise.
I get her a home tutor just two weeks ago for English only. I have been introduced by a home tuition agency that she is specialised in English. This is my first time getting a home tutor. Maybe we can chat on email gladysang@singnet.com.sg to discuss.

For CW, do they have problems with their sentence structure or lack of ideas? For comprehension, are they able to pick out the points required for the questions?
I would suggest that you expose your children to more story books that might interest them to read, or get simple guide books for grammar and sentence structure.
