As a Customer Service Officer, you will work closely with Team Leader to perform day-to-day tasks such as:
Responsibilities:
•Daily Outbound & Inbound call.
•Build/Improve client’s database through data profiling/data verification exercise
•Maintain and update account/lead database
•Provide firsthand feedback and recommendations on our marketing efforts based on direct
experiences with customers
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
•The ability to "solution sell" rather than sell a product
•Must be a team player; results oriented.
• Strong telephone and web-based demonstration skills required
• Strong telephone presentation skills – ability to easily communicate, develop relationship and identify opportunities with anyone over the phone
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
