decrease in breastmilk supply

been not feeling well after taking care 2 sick daughters, realised that the supply of breastmilk has decrease dramatically, perhaps due to panadol intake n lack of rest, from each pump 80-120ml decrease to 60-90ml per pump. im feeling so depress.

how many months have you been bf? i heard from my fren after the crucial few months, subsequently its demand and supply.. as long as you persevere in pumping, you will have milk... jia you! dun be depressed ok... stay positive! drink more water and rest as these will help to keep you going...
