DH has OAT. Any success stories?

Has anyone dear husband suffers from OAT (oligoasthenozoospermia) and successfully conceived? I have been trying to conceive for 2 years. dear husband recently diagnosed with OAT. dear husband sperm analysis is quite bad. We do not intend to go through IVF. Any tips for natural conception? I have gone through medical examination and am healthy to conceive.

Hi there,
Any news on the TTC front? My husband is also diagnosed with OAT. He is going for his varicocele surgery next week. And we are going to try for 6 months more before IVF in September. IVF was the only option recommended by the doctor, but we all know that doctors do not always have the final say.

May I know why you do not wish to do IVF?
