Dear all mummy,
I am unsure if due to early pregnancy or
hormones surge, I always tend to feel tired
especially after a meal , I will sure lay down
on my sofa at home. But of course, at work place ,
I am alright , maybe have stuff to do .
i had been telling myself not to be lazy bum
but i will automatically lay on sofa and
take a short nap during weekend or day off . I am
worried about further weeks and days to come.
anyone have experience in that or use to?
Please advise ! Thank:D

Are u in your first tri? Having a baby is exhausting work. When I was, I feel sleepy all the time. By 5pm battery flat and 9pm go to bed. Will get better from second trimester onwards.

im 7 mths already. during my first 3 mths. i took naps as long as 2 hrs. omg! u must b thinking. yes, i too went to 'eat snake' n nap frm 1.30-3pm. sometimes 3-4.30pm like that. though theres no sofa i juz makeshift n find a gd chair n wall to lie against. really k.o like nobody's business.

Hi Mummies,

I stopped working when I was pregnant. Everyday I will feel very tired and sleep from 2-4pm.when I sit on the sofa just feel to laying down. feel like myself as a pig.hahha. But at the night time Im more energetic, Im not sure is the baby followed my schedule or I followed him. Because he also slept at noon time and more movement at nite time.

Its normal. I will always have a 1-2 hours of afternoon nap at around 3pm during working hours at my 1st trimester.
