Dizzy Spells

hi,

Just wonder if any mummies out there experience dizziness after delivery.

I'm experiencing bad dizzy spells only after giving birth to dear son through normal delivery.
Been having it once during confirment and now the second time.
When to see the doctors but they could not give me a reason why this is happening.

Any mummies out there experiencing this also?

izzit low blood pressure??

take more heaty stuff.. sesame oil, ginger which ever lor..
R u eating not?? evn if wanna diet oso must drink hot drinks like milo or horlicks..
