im having e same prob too.. when i turn in bed at night n feel e pain, hubs gets disturbed cuz i'll suddenly go, "Owww!!".. what to do, just tahan a while more lor.. will ask my gynae if bb's engaged alr or nt when i see him this thurs..

I nearly became the 1st in the Apr mummies to 'pop'!
Went expo fair last fri and i guess i walked too much, felt breathless and broke into cold sweat. That night had stomach ache like contractions, next day when i went for my routine gynae checkup and told my gynae my symtoms, she checked my cervic and found i am 1.5cm dilated! Was really scared as i am only in my 34 weeks, hospitalised over the weekend and had steroids to mature baby's lungs as well as anti-contraction pills to stop further dilation.
Luckily everything is under control now..keep my fingers crossed.

Went for check up today, everything is fine, doctor ask me to go back next week for another check up to see the weight.

i also went for my checkup yesterday..start of Week 37, bb weight at 2.7kg. I thought will be 3 kg already since he last weighed 2.3kg. But since gynae say nice weight i trust him.. I try to eat as per normal, but seems like can only take small amount at a time.. cos i start to have on off nausea like the first tri. Gynae says its becos the bump expanding, pressing onto organs. Anyone felt nausea coming back?
ribcage pain isit becos of bb kicking? I dun feel any pain there unless he kicks.bb's head not engaged yet; cervix also no changes, so i think he will most prolly come out on elective c sect date
Also got the ultrasound of his face; my gynae zoom in therefore looks very chubby! Then there was a bubble like thing on his face..gynae says its jus something in the water, not some growth or anything. Feel kinda paranoid after seeing it.. but previous scans dun have should be ok rite?..

During my last visit last week, i was about 34 weeks.... my baby arleady 2.7kg... was a bit worry as baby gain 1kg within 1 month... Ask my gynae (KK subsidized) she tell me normal.... juz dun eat too much as baby weight will shoot up.... comparing with urs, I wonder mine is really normal or not....
I also start to have nausea feeling... feel a bit down these few days, coz too heavy can't walk well, like a penguin... and pevis area very pain ful.... and i crack my bone 2 days ago when i was wearing my pants.... was in bed for 1 day before i can walk again.... and I hate this on off nausea feeling.... therefore mood very mooddy.... very depressing.... no strength do house work too... see everything so untidy... haizzzz
And my baby keep kicking!!! you can see my tummy like having waves.... one moment here a big bump, the other moment bump moves other side.... and he kicks my stomach when i am eating, thus can't eat well too....

ya i get very very paranoid lor, even tho textbook says it might happen, i just don't want it to.. stretch mark i don't have... and it better NOT appear i will cryyyyy....

Thanks Mummies to be. At least gynae confirmed my baby is head down now so not necessary to go for c-sect, one worry down.

saw my gynae too n bb's engaged alr.. phew! asked him if bb might change position again n he said shld not la.. then told me to tell bb to stay put! :001_302:
bb's now ard 2.65kg so gynae dint tell me to eat more alr.. haha! he passed me my admission letter n will book e hosp room for me.. *panics*

must be a relief, mine not engaged even tho head downwards. i also got my admission letter. u going for natural rite? I'm half hearted thinking abt c-sect now... coz i'm not too positive abt being alone in the delivery room...
ps. *cross fingers* no stretch mark... and hope won't have.. the vein already very devastating.

yup natural if possible.. oh u'll be alone cuz u're going for c-sect with ga right? if im nt wrg u cant use epi cuz of ur spine? dont think so much.. u'll be alone but u wont be awake so just be strong for ur bb ok! *hugs*
