U must have been kissing ur baby on the face a lot. Try not to have so much face to fAce contact as adults are dirty lol.

Every time I finish 1 round of pumping or feeding, I will drink about at least 500ml of red date drink. I realised my eyes become very dry after each session. Scary.

Not sure is it early dawn feeling sleepy , I felt my eyes dry now too

Can try the cream I suggested. It's really good. My bb's milia has cleared quite a bit.

Depends de. Yesterday managed to hit about 150ml at the 11+pm session. 1 bottle also not enough so i put into 2 bottles then can be used for 2 feeds. The session after that got slightly more than 100ml.

I think it's our uterus shrinking. I experienced this in the first week or so after delivery.

Only managed to pump 30ml after feeding baby. Getting hubby to buy fernugreek：（

Err usually when my baby will choke is when I go massage the breast she is latched on. So in a way, I caused the letdown.. After that I will burp the baby and try to latch her on again.

No la.. It's not that. I think maybe all the fluid in my body is channeling towards the breast milk, so making my eyes dry too.

Try to use hot towel to do hot press on your breasts before massaging. Helps quite a lot.

Did you use the wrap to wrap? Must wrap to help your uterus to shrink.

Thanks. It's just painful for 10 mins. A fren told me it's due to my menses. She said her menses came after the bleeding. How do we know? I tot all e bleeding stop first then next cycle (28-32 days) then menses wld come? How does it work?

Are your breastfeeding? Has your lochia stopped?

Only use the hospital binder for a while then stopped cos dev rashes.
Still havent started massage cos mine caesarean. But starting tmr, hopefully the massage lady can hel me increase milk ss

Icic.. I think you have to be more careful since yours is c-sec. My tummy was also itchy sometimes when I bind. So I bind on top of my clothe...
