where can u usually buy fashion boots for pre-schoolers? my 5 yr old (size 30 - yep usually big for her age) hopes to wear boots for a costume party (she wants to dress up as hannah montana ). i see only winter boots now. i just want boots that can be worn here in Sg climate but wont make her look too mature for her kidsy age.
