From Avent pump to NUK bottle?

Hi,

My niece just gave birth and she has an avent manual pump. She feeds the baby using NUK bottles (can't latch). Was told there is an adapter to attach to pump so that she can pump straight to the NUK bottle. Is that true? Where to buy that?
