Hi Mummies,
I have about 30 packets of frozen breastmilk dated from June 2014 to bless.
My girl is 19 months old - she prefers and latch and does not drink that much FBM from the cup anymore so I have piled up quite a lot of packets. I maintain a healthy, balanced diet for my meals, taking Blackmores breastfeeding supplement, calcium tablets, Vit C and fish oil.
