Accounts/Sales Manager (New Media) needed! (MNC)
You will be in charge of managing a team of sales/accounts executives. You and your team will look for new sales and maintain any current sales accounts with business customers.
Responsibilities:
Identify and sell New Media solutions to businesses to help them connect with their customers/users.
Prepare and conduct sales presentations
Provide excellent customer service to customers
To ensure team and individual sales targets are met
To lead a team of sales executives and provide coaching and training for them
To find potential new business clients
To negotiate with corporate customers and conduct business deals with them
Work with other departments in cross-functional teams
Willing to constantly learn and keep up-to-date with latest developments in the New Media industry
Requirements:
You must have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline or an equivalent from a recognised educational institution
You should have at least 3 years of experience in managing sales team with proven track record and at least 5 years in new media sales
You should possess good communication skills
You should possess analytical, planning and decision-making skills
You should be dynamic, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
You should be able to work well in a team
You should be able to learn fast and perform
You should be computer literate and proficient in MS Office e.g. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
You should possess good oral and written communication skills so as to be able to prepare sales presentations, quotations and proposals
You should have deep knowledge of the new media industry particularly with respect to the sales function
Candidates possessing established relationships within Small Medium Enterprises will have an advantage
