The ingridients as follows:-

1. green papaya
2. Threadfin fish bone
3. red dates (remove the seeds - 20 pcs)
4. Onions (get rid of fishy smell)
5. wolfberries (abt 2-3 tablespoon)
6. Gingers (get rid of fishy smell)

Boil water, add all the above to boil for 3-4 hrs (medium fire). Add salt if it is tasteless.

The qty of water and ingridients depends how much u wanna prepare. I 1 big pot for lunch, afternoon tea break and dinner.

i think the one that is going to put in last is the papaya, as it is easy to soften.

Hi mummies,

When should we start taking this green papaya soup? After delivery is it?
Is the green papaya widely available at NTUC?
I never seen it before there.

try wet market or shengsiong.. :)

take it after delivery coz green papaya contains some enzymes that can cause the uterine contraction which can cause miscarriage if taken wen pregnant.. but taken after birth can helps the womb contract faster..
