green poo?

My baby is on fm and i just noticed her usual yellow poo has some tint of green in it. Whats wrong???? She's 10wks old

it could be the formula. when i change to Similac, my son poo is also greenish and smell badly...

My baby is breastfed but has green poo suddenly starting from last Friday. Also has streaks of blood sometimes since last Friday. PD said the green poo is ok but told me to cut out dairy products as baby maybe allergic hence the blood. The only thing i had different on Friday was similac milk powder for myself - sample pack so only one day.
