Has anybody used iTalkBB or IP phone

We need to install a land phone at home. It can be regular telephone service or IP phone service but voice quality should be good. Someone says iTalkBB but there are bad comments about its custom service and voice quality. Any recommendation?

I have not tried the particular service before but I heard that Starhub provides IP Phone service which tags on its broadband connection.

The good thing about it is that the phone calls is free. I am thinking to give it a try ... in any case if the broadband is down, my friends are still able to reach me on my cell.

I am using Digital Voice from Starhub since they launch. Quality is good and number is portable. So when we shift house, we don't have to change number.
