cannot afford to loose the job but at the same time feel very stupid working for ppl
done with performance appraisal this morning and guess what its all about developing the company, all based on the company interest! Nothing for me.. Sad.. Sad..
lesson learnt, mo matter how good you do and achieve it will never be enough for the bosses.
i took a new maid recetly to replace the old maid and the increase in the salary is Sgd70.. And this morning I was told that mu increment will be around sgd70.. Omg..i dont know how i should react!
