Staffs who work in telco are not allowed to reveal any info at all times. Not even to own family members. If caught doing it, staff will be immediate terminated as can be sued with computer act commercial fraud. So pls dont be silly. Yes it doesnt help even if u kw who is the woman. Or u may want to consider hiring PI

It is against the law to reveal customer's data. I think it is better for you to hire PI. Like this, you can even see the woman face.
