Hi, The TRA comes in a 3month package. From my and frenz experiences, it is necessary to go thru at least 3 month i.e. one set(more than 2 for those with v high Visceral and body fats) for it to work well for individual. e.g. many of my frenz start to loose fats within the first month, while some 2nd month and me third month.

Hi Irene b, TRA is a 3 month Weight Management programme that targets at losing fats. I took it 3 years ago and lost 6kg and 8 cm in waist. All i did was to thru the supplements to increase muscles mass, metabolism to burns fats. besides shaping up i have also seen many regain their health and improve in terms of blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar level thru this programme. I Love to eat, fortunately this programme allows me to eat normally with a simple diet rule to follow. need not starve and exercise! till now i have not experience any rebound.
