Erm.. highly infectious wor... But just keep DS clean these few days? Keep on wash hands/feets... No choice... Gotta disinfect the whole hse!!!
Clean the toys, the house with dettol. Change the sofa covers (if any), bed sheets, pillow & bolster covers, blankets etc.
As for your baby, look out for ulcers in mouth/tongue.
Red spots on the joints at elbows, knees n ankles. Sometimes they will appear on the butt area too.
Look out for red spots on the palms too.
All the above will probably start to show in a weeks time.
In the mean time, keep the niece fm coming to ur hse for abt 2 weeks as the virus have a incubation period of abt 7 days, this will prevent the virus to be passed back to her just in case she managed to pass it to ur baby.
