I'm currently using tummy and hip binders (3 in 1) from taiwan, two tummy binders and one hip binder.
it helped me achieved a flat tummy and get back to pre pregnancy size quickly! Baby is now 4 months and I've lost all the weight gained.
it's best if used straight after giving birth (confinement period), but works after that too!
