Hi,
I think my menses is on the way again as every time 1 wk before the period i will have symptoms such as left ankle pain,outer mouth dryness, but saliva keep forming inside my mouth, heart pounding, oily skin and scalp. I am wondering if any ladies have these symptoms too?
Such symptoms have been with me quite a while and I am wondering if i have hormones imbalances.
Btw I had a miscarriage last may and I am trying to conceive again since sep. Trying for 3 mths and have been hardworking during the fertile period but nothing happens. Any advice on food or supplement to take to give fertility a boost naturally?
I had seen TCM before to boost my health, but I have not seen major results, thus I am opting out using TCM for this TTC.
