How do i know if my breastmilk supply is established?

do you mean if there's enough bm or if bfing routine is established?

I knew i had enuf BM when I was dying from pain from the engorgement... If no milk, won't get engorged. BB is also satisfied after each feed, gaining weight, having enough wet and soiled diapers...

Also, the flow is now better. If i press my breasts, the milk will shoot out! hahaha

As for bfing routine being established, i guess you'll know it when bb gets hungry at regular intervals and you don't get leaking or painfully full breasts anymore.

uddermummy you so lucky to have such good supply. :)
breatfeeding didn't work out for me, maybe if i gather enough courage to have a 2nd baby i will try again. now my baby on full FM.

i always tell my friends: God is fair, I have small breasts but he gave me enuf milk for my bb. Hahahaha. :)

but i almost died from the pain of engorgement and sore nipples...

at one point, i had a bm supply crisis too cos i was undergoing a lot of stress at home.

thank goodness I'm stubborn like a mule... and my mum really gave me a lot of support cos she saw from my sil's example that bm was really good for kids.
