If eat dried longan is good too?
Basically, we drink "凉＂or "热＂drinks is better?
Basically, we drink "凉＂or "热＂drinks is better?
Confinement time definitely is to drink more heaty stuff... Shouldn't drink "凉" cos after delivery our body is very "阴"... Need to balance it again with more heaty stuff I think... If take cooling stuff the body becomes too cold easy to hv a lot of aching in future. So I guess eating dried longan should be ok ba?

there's some dried logan in the market that is both used for brewing and direct consumption. i just bought some recently from 'Bee's Brand' which was told the dried logan is from Thailand and better than those from China as not special treatment such as sugars. check it out if interested...
just to share with u, my logan tea, i only use about 1 liter of water with 12red dates, 3 black dates(strong smell), 2 big lumps of ginger, 1 handful of logan, 1 small portion of wolf berries...bring to boil before adding brown sugar. hope it helps~
