It's my first time to hire a maid here. We hired her back to half year ago, and we decided to move back to HK. We told her if she wants to be transferred to HK, then we need to send her back to Philippines first, then get a visa to HK again.
Now she decided to stay in SG and find a new employer. She said she already found one, just need me to release her. Is there any money that we need to pay her except her remaining salary? Do I also need to pay one more month of salary to her?
