How to take care after abortion?

Wanna ask for advice how to take care after abortion? Need to do anything like confinement, avoid cold drinks, drink red date tea, dun wash hair etc etc? Or any special tonics for the body? How many days of rest before back to work? Thks.

Erm, I think those things that u mentioned are done after childbirth, but I heard from some that abortion is equally damaging to the body. The doc or nurse should be able to advise u on that but I think u'll still need to take some tonics to replenish the lost of blood bah.

a good massage to the abdomen area would greatly soothe out pain! Try not to have sex after abortion for a couple of weeks coz it is still healing.
