Hi Mummies,
Do you know any ingredient in skincare products that a breastfeeding mom need to avoid? I know a pregnant mom need to avoid retinol (Vit A) and salicylic acid in skincare products, but I do not know whether should I continue to avoid these two ingredients when I am breastfeeding.
