Is this normal?

This is my 10th day after I gave birth, these two days I feel that my below like dropping everytime when I walk.is this due to the stitches are healing or it's adnormal? I'm abit worried cos I heard of the womb collapsing after giving birth.

It's important to do Kegel (pelvic floor) exercise after delivery, every day, for rest of life.
This helps strengthen the loosened muscles and prevent womb from drooping, especially after multiple deliveries.

You can get a post-natal nurse to check you at home, if you're really concerned.
She can usually do a baby well check at the same time.
Your ob-gyn may be able to recommend one to you.
