Little Red Bumps on Baby Face

My 4 months old girl have this problem after her injection one week later. She only have this red bumps on her face in the evening and morning. It seems like just come and go but almost everyday... Attach the pictures of the little bumps and hope some mummies can enlighten me on this skin problems... Thanks in advance...

mine was not caused by injection, but she just have red rashes and bumps like yours. i brought her to her doctor and he said it'd go away eventually. but he gave me desowen cream for the redness, and fucidin cream for the bumps. so far they help a lot. you might wanna ask your doctor.
