Hi I recently bought a house in JB . I when through the easier way by buying from the developer. The loan for foreigner will be 20% deposit and 80% loan if from banks. But I tool from ING higher rates but deposit 10% and loan 90%.

When I bought the house .. there are already fiancial consultants onstandby .. quoting their rates on me .. but I took time to went through one by one.

Just curious, what make u all wanted to buy a house in Malaysia especially jb? I am a Malaysian but never thought of buying one in jb. Can share?

its just for my parents .. they want to retire there.. prefer the environment there and less stressful

Ic..... My sis also got a unit there. I go there every weekend because I am too busy with two kids and now on confinement. Feels good as can eat many nice food.
