Most of their nanny r from malaysia . And if any 1 trying to engage their service do make sure to cal a few times , even though they say will get back to u d nxt day . As im going to engage their service . But their customer service officer will always told u , i will get back to u d nxt day . But end up i waited for few days , no 1 called bk . So total i cal 5 times n 1 email , den d staff get bk to me with in 20 mins . So if ur gonna try their service , do rmb dun email .. cos they dun reply . Haven meet d nanny yet , due on dec . So will update my experience wif every 1.. but both of my fren engage their service , and they love their nanny service .. hopefully i can enjoy my confinement period too .. cheers ..
