Looking for Maid

hello, hope you have found your new replacement maid. If not you can try my agent - Eelit Placement Agency (Welcome to EELIT - Maid agency | Maid Specialist). The agent who served me is Sherly - 82227346. She gave very good service and follow up closely with the application. Best of it all is she does provide additional training when my maid arrived. She focus alot on mannerism and attitude of the maid. I told her my needs for house-chores and she target those areas i mentioned and teaches the maid based on my request. She also does home service FOC for me (not sure if she does for all location but she said nearby she can do home service for me).

So far so good! Maid is good, agent also good! Maid is coping well with house chores as well as my family members. Chemistry is there... Which is crucial. Agent wise very responsive. Call for info or help she sure entertain... I think agent is specialized in Myanmar so you should really try their service. HiHi! Did you get a maid from eelit? eelit seems to be well received by many. Care to share your experience? I am a first timer. Went down to katong last week and so many agencies to choose from. All gave different pricing with different package. End up left without choosing any. How much you paid for your maid, how many off days must be given to maid? Does the agent provide training on communication and house chores? Any home service? Can you explain on the maids loan? Why do we need to pay for them? Hello junegoh, yes i got my maid from Eelit. Yes, i read all the good reviews of Eelit thus gotten my maid from them. Experience with the agent Sherly is very good. She really provide very good service and advise. One of the key thing about Sherly is patient. I took quite awhile to select and decide my maid. She literally go thru with me every single maid i shortlisted and share her views on the maid. Those she thinks cannot handle my request, she will suggest I give it a miss.
I paid $188 for agent fee + maid's loan + insurance. I gave 1 day off per month and compensate the rest with money. On training wise, agent provided some basic day-to-day communication and household chores for my maid before we pick up the maid. But communication has plenty of room for improvement. You need to be very patient with the maid. Mine can speak very simple English so most of the time, i talk and show at the same time so my maid can visualise.
I didn't ask for any home service but I am sure they do provide. Probably with a service fee. For maid's loan, my understanding is that the maids borrow money in their home country in order to come to Singapore to work. Then they have to pay the local agents for all sorts of things thus employers need to pay first and then deduct from the maid's monthly salary.
I heard of the 3/6 months usage else got penalty from some of my friends. I checked with my agent, she told me they do not have such policy. U can really consider Eelit. The service is really as what others compliment about. Best of luck to you in search of the right agent and maid!

Thank you for the recommendation jennifer1972. I went down to Eelit on Saturday. Met Sherly and yes her service is as per what the forum writes about her. Very professional, patient, cheerful and the key thing about her is she is not the pushy/hardsell type. Very comfortable with her service. Confirmed my Myanmar maid with her on the same day.
