Lower dull ache around back hip (left)

I have been experiencing this kind of dull ache ard back hip area... Feeling worried... Before I go to the doc just wanna ask if anyone had this kind of ache before? Any advices?

Nope not pregnant leh... But I gave birth before. Back hasn't been good ever since. :/

how long since u have given birth? did u injured yrself? maybe u will need to do a x-ray to know more le... in the mean time, don carry heavy things.
