Hi hellokittybaby, I hv tried using manual pump for my 1st one but the results wasnt that gd. U need a lot of strength for the manual one. That is how I feel. For my second one Im using medela pump in style advanced double electric. N the results is fantastic. Im selling my medela breast pump for 428 ( usual w promo is 699). Ive used only 4 months so if u are interested pls pm me for the pictures.

I use double pump at work to save time, while manual ones at home for morning pumping. Both of them are from Philips avent.

I feel both of them give me similar output, but manual one requires more effort (hand tired) :p

For long term pumping (months), would advise to get good double electric pumps. ;)

If u r interested, I have brand new set of double pump for sale at $450 (retail: $799) and manual one at $75 (retail: $99).
