When do MTBs normally change to maternity bras? I am in week 20 now but is still wearing my usual underwired ones and is getting uncomfy in them nowadays- v tight. Are those underwired ones a NO-NO for MTBs? My reason for procrastinating is ta cant find nice looking ones around & i need bras ta can go strapless as most clothings are of spaghetti straps, tube-tops... nursing bras dun seem to be able to cater for ta leh... (-_-")

Hi, i bought my nursing cum maternity bras from Perfect Mum at Suntec. They have strapless bras. :) And the wire is soft so it will not cause blocked milk ducts. I've been wearing them since the 4th month i was preggie. My DD is 9 months old already!

I bought 1 nursing bra from Spring, ard $26.

But read in forums that there is this brand called Eternity which sells normal and nursing bras, cheap and good!

Just went to buy from Metro, real cheap at $9.90, and Metro having 20% storewide discount this weekend, so even cheaper!

But the design is really ah-ma looking, but i guess all nursing bras are ugly....

I bought mine in a shop @ Tampines Mall, nice design not plain plain one, mine is strap with grey and pink (T-shirt material kind) and the other one is blue satin one. Both is around 40plus each with underwired which I prefer to have.

I heard underwired bra cannot be wore during nursing. Heard will stop milk being produced. So I don't dare to wear that although my gynae say can wear.

Got nursing bra comes in stripless? Want to wear sleeveless but the nursing bra very ugly since got strip. :embarrassed:

Perfect Mum sells nursing bra with soft underwire and strapless. :) Costs 30+ per bra, sold in a set of 3. I've been using it since i was 4 months pregnant. Now DD already 9months+ old... no issues with milk supply. She's EBF.

when shd we buy maternity bras? r all maternity bras non-underwired?
You can buy maternity bras when extensions dun work anymore. I bought nursing bras which double up as maternity bras from Perfect Mum. I bought 2 types: underwired ones and non-underwired.
