my 2 month old has white spots on his skin

My 2 month old has white spots on his neck and chest. It is not raised,and looks like skin decoloration. Anyone has similar experience? Care to share? Thanks!

I have same problem on my baby face? This is because i use a cream on access.

Any suggestion?

The pediatrician said there was a fungal infection. The fungus caused the skin to decolourise. Good thing is, the spots means fungus is gone.

He said its caused by milk or saliva left on skin too long. he gave us robotics. So far ok.
